Founded in 1961 by Roberto Baldizon, a Nicaraguan immigrant, the firm started with a single desk in Downtown Los Angeles. Through word-of-mouth and dedication to honest service, the client base quickly grew. By the 1990s, they had served over 1,600 clients and had moved into a more prominent location.

In 2010, the next generation, Robert Baldizon and Brenda Harrell, proudly stepped in to continue the legacy. Today, they serve over 3,200 clients across two offices, continuing to deliver the personal service they are known for.
